Cute house with curb appeal…

This house was purchased in 2016. The previous owner remodeled the interior and then ran out of money. We added a new roof, landscaped & painted the exterior.

with a nice interior remodel…

The prior interior remodel had nicely upgraded this 600 SF World War II era home. Offers, however, were low so we chose renters who stayed for the next 7 years.

but failing the test of time.

The previous contractor did poor prep work & used cheap paint and a few years later…voila! A 2016 buyer would have been stuck repainting - instead that fell on us.
